The Enkratis Loop is a five-stage model (Signal, Sense, Decide, Act, Learn) for designing how a business captures, understands and acts on customer and business information, using AI and automation with human oversight.

Most businesses sit at different levels for different stages. The assessment shows where you are.

What is a growth system?
A growth system is the connected set of processes, data, technology, AI and automation a business uses to attract, convert, serve and retain customers, designed to work as one rather than as separate tools.
How is the Enkratis Loop different from a sales funnel?
A funnel describes the stages a customer passes through. The Loop describes how the business captures signals, makes decisions and acts at every one of those stages, and how it learns from the results.
Does the Loop apply to B2C and D2C as well as B2B?
Yes. The stages are the same; the signals, decisions and actions differ by business model.
Where does human judgement fit?
Mainly in the Decide stage. AI can recommend, but people approve actions that carry commercial, legal or relationship risk.
